Erin Martin is the only junior among the captains. Despite her younger status, her experience and basketball expertise is apparent on the court. As the team’s starting point guard, Martin holds the responsibility of facilitating the offensive plays that are run during the game. Off the court, she is a very approachable upperclassman. When asked what type of environment she wants for the team, Martin replied, “my goal is for the underclassman to be comfortable with us and feel like they can talk to us about anything. Hopefully this team chemistry can translate onto the court and make us more successful.”
