Exploring the future: Students Share Their Take on the College Fair

“It's a really great opportunity for students to look at potential future colleges and maybe think about majors, also to be realistic about their GPA and SAT scores by looking at colleges that fit them instead of having unrealistic standards,” junior Sanjana Atluri said.

“I think it's a good way to find opportunities of where you want to go after high school, like colleges, and get to learn more about it. It's really good for sophomores and juniors to start preparing,” sophomore Beyan Mohamed said.

“I think it is very important because it gives everybody an opportunity to look at different colleges around the United States and give everybody a good look so they can end up going somewhere they really like,” junior Christopher Dellafera said.

“Gives us new opportunities for college,” junior Benjamin Lane said.

“It’s important to help students start thinking about their decisions for their future and to see where they wanna go to college,” junior Camden Lewie said.

“My thoughts on the college fair are that it gives exposure. It allows students to hear about colleges, see common terminology, see the variety of schools that opens up students' minds to more opportunity and more options,” Mr. Peters said.
