Public Relations Officer Kaleigh Aparo
One of the new changes this year will be a newly formatted pep rally/location prior to homecoming. I am most excited for hosting these pep rallies and becoming closer to students within our school to provide a great year for all. Some of the goals I have for Student Council this year are maintaining a well run club community and creating a new look on how school spirit is viewed. In easier terms, heightening our school spirit to the max. Also, providing fair and equal opportunities as the middle ground between administrators and students. I feel the most rewarding part of this position is how well we are able to put ideas out and them be followed through with. As well as, the relationships I've already gained between fellow students, class officers, fellow Student Council leaders and the teachers/administrators involved. Although good things always have some kind of challenge, and I would say a challenge for me is making sure everybody's sayings/ideas are accounted for and do our best to follow through with what the students ask. Lastly, I have to say my favorite part about being in this position I earned is definitely the creativity and decisions I have a say in to make this club and community better.
