Connor Hall, Staff Writer
Connor Hall is a first year staff writer for The Bobcat Prowl where he hopes to cover sports and news from all around the town and school. Outside of Journalism, Connor plays on the freshman soccer team in the fall and suits up for Connecticut Football Club in spring. He is also part of the SWHS band, where he plays baritone saxophone and loves attending professional basketball, football and soccer games to cheer on his favorite teams.
Adam Elsendyouney, Staff Writer
Adam Elsendyouney, freshman, is a staff writer for the school newspaper, The Bobcat Prowl, where he covers the news of the school and South Windsor. He covers sports; soccer, basketball, track and football. Elsendyouney also hopes to cover aspects of SWHS’ student life. Outside of journalism, you will find Adam on the soccer field, for either CFC or the high school team. During his time with The Prowl Adam wants to learn the ropes of journalism and become a reliable writer. He aspires to produce impactful articles with a positive impact.
Douglas Quiuqui, Staff Writer
Douglas Quiuqui is staff writer for the school newspaper, The Bobcat Prowl, where he hopes to focus on covering students’ lives and stories. Outside of The Prowl, he enjoys playing soccer on the boys team and being a storyteller. In his free time he loves to spend time with his family, travel, and exploring. In the future, Douglas hopes to go into a career involving Journalism and writing.
Ikkyu Raviwongse, Staff Writer
Ikkyu Raviwongse is a staff writer of The Bobcat Prowl. He is entering his senior year and wants to explore Journalism. During the winter season, he participates in high school wrestling during the week and skis for the Smugglers Notch Ski Club competitively on the weekends. During the offseason, he practices Taekwondo as a fourth degree black belt and volunteers to help teach the kids in the Juniors class. He is also on the fall high school soccer varsity team, and participates in recreational soccer during the spring.
Junior Heredia, Staff Writer
Junior Heredia is a first year journalism staff writer at South Windsor High School and is going into his senior year. He is interested in writing and talking about sports this year. Junior loves sports both watching and playing. He plans to write about many sports this year, especially soccer. He will be covering many important events and news about the players throughout the year. Out of journalism you can find Junior playing soccer for the high school in the fall. He also plays hockey for the high school in the winter. He also loves spending time with his family, friends and two dogs.
