Kensington Palace released a press statement that read Kate Middleton and Prince William are expecting their third child.

“The Queen and members of both families are delighted with the news,” it read.

Typically couples wait until the three-month mark before announcing they are expecting a baby.

The Duchess was forced to announce the pregnancy early after to suffering with hyperemesis gravidarum (severe morning sickness) as she did in her previous pregnancies.

On World Mental Health Day, Middleton made her first public appearance since the announcement.

Given the first two royal baby names, it’s no surprise that the bookies have picked very traditional names for their line-ups.

The Sun Bets latest odds on the most likely girl names are Alice (9/1), Elizabeth (11/1), Victoria (12/1) and Alexandra (14/1) with Grace and Mary both at 16/1.

If the Duke and Duchess have another boy, the bookmaker predicts that Philip (12/1) and James (12/1) will be likely bets, with other options including Arthur (12/1), Albert (16/1) and Henry (16/1).
